Subject: Re:Rear axle/hub
Always put the castleatted nut back onto the half shaft the wrong
round before you try to press off the hub. Remove the washer, and
leave the nut 1 or 2 threads loose to allow the hub to release. If
you don't, the pressure can deform the threads and the split pin hole,
wrecking a half shaft.
