4111 is the number of teeth on the ring and pinion.  41/11 = 3.727

The other four digit numbers are probably the body assembly number, which is
different from the chassis number.  The engine number is also stamped into
several places.  Always on the front of the bonnet hinge and sometimes in
the lip of the tool tray.
