Can someone help?

Daughter and I are back working on her '56 Bustleback Plus 4.  The hood
strap is missing  (gosh how I wish this was the only problem,  to date
we have transplanted the mechanicals into a new frame) I am looking for
an old strap buckle.  The buckle I am looking for would be either brass
or steel but have a roller tube where the strap tightens up against.
