The story you attributed to Bill Fink was told to me by Peter Morgan in the summer of 1971. THe only difference (albeit a minor one) was that the US official stated that "As long nothing impinges on the door, the car passes." Also, while they may have been left-over engines, +4s were built through 1968 and sold in Canada. Happy Morganing, Jim |
