It turns out that it is possible to access all the previous posts to this
list. The archives are available in one month chunks at
http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/lwgate/MORGANS/
or by sending email commands to the list computer. Using the web page,
click on "Get a MORGANS archive file", then type
in your email address and the file you want. For example, if you wanted
all the messages from July '96, type in
morgans.archive.9607
It is also possible to browse through the archives via the above web page,
but for some reason only links to 10/95 through 4/96
are shown.
To access the archives by email:
send a message to:
majordomo@autox.team.net
with the command
INDEX MORGANS
in the body of message (to get the list of available archives). Or
GET MORGANS morgans.archive.9607
to get the July '96 archive file.
Hope this is useful or interesting to those of you who have joined the list
recently or anyone who wants to check out past posts.
I don't see where there is a search feature at Team.net, but you can use
your email software to search for key words within a
particular archive file once majordomo has sent it to you.
