52 Plus 4 - Steering Wheel, Knobs

My restoration is coming down  the stretch.

I need a steering wheel.  My original wheel is split in several places, 
chrome shot.  I cover it with duct tape until I get the right wheel.  I 
would buy a aftermarket wheel that was available in 1952.

Some of my instrument knobs are missing.  I need a new set.

Any ideas out there?
