Regarding the brakes, I admit I didn't flush the DOT3 out, merely drained
it, before putting in the DOT5, although I can't imagine what problem that
might cause... The master cylinder developed a significant leak, apparently
from a seal that let the DOT5 through and had held the DOT3 before... Picky
as I am about brakes, I purchased a new cylinder, as the old one had become
somewhat scored over 20+ years...
