Hey gang,
Don't know how many of you made it to British Car Days at Berkley
Plantation outside of Richmond, Va.
It was a great meet with tons of cars over 300. I even got a
chance to meet a couple of the SOLer too. I entered my 65 Morgan
in the meet.
If you remember, I took a National AACA 3rd at the AACA meet in
Chesapeake 2 weekends ago. Well I did a little better at Berkley
this year. My Morgan, got the Berkley award - which is the car
that best represents what a British Sports car should be - or
in other words in stead of just competing with the 10 other cars
in my class - I took 2nd overall. With over 300 cars there, I
feel quite lucky, and proud. The Best of Show was a 36 MG race
car with a streight 6 in it, quit something.
