Carlos,
You MUST use the spec engine. It's too late to order an engine
through the B&S sponsorship (although it doesn't hurt to ask). You
may have to order an engine through a dealer (lawnmower shop or
perhaps a distributor will sell to you).
RPM limit this year is 3800.
And I'm the wrong guy to ask about centrifugal clutches. Good luck -
will we see you at the Mini Baja 100?
