This would probably meet the rules but does not provide the ability to
balance the brakes between the front and rear. A front engine car such as
the VW Rabbit needs more front braking compared with a typical rear heavy
Mini-Baja. I am not sure what the rabbit master cylinder looks like.
Maybe the front bias was achieved more from the brake cylinders and less
from master cylinder. Anyway, the right way to do this is with 2 side by
side master cylinders and a balance bar.
