Hi,
We are using the rear drive shafts out of a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 500.
Has anyone incorporated these into their design before?
How did you connect the inboard joint to the transmission/gearbox? Did you
make a fitting with the appropriate splines or did you machine the splines
down and key it? Or is there enough material to actually bolt into the joint?
One more question:
How do you get the inboard joint apart? (Get the balls, cage and shaft out)
Any help would be appreciated.
