Jason,

I don't know of a way to plot a line directly but you can use a Design Table 
from Excel to plot it out.
Make an aray of as many points as you would like along the x-axis, dimension 
all of them in the y, and then go "Insert" "Design Table" and depending on 
the version of Solid works that you have you can auto create and it will 
insert all of your dimensions from the sketch into your table. You can also 
name your dimensions so they make sense to you if desired. You can then 
change the profile from the Design Table or vice versa. Put your 
calculations on a second sheet and then reference those cell for the Design 
Table.
