A tubing notcher works really well if you need to make angled cuts. We've been
using a cheapy tubing notcher and it's held up well so far. (we've needed to
rebush the unit and replace the shaft, but it works)
If all you need to make are 90 degree cuts, use a clamp on the drill press
table and a hole saw. Depending on the drill press you can even make some
angled cuts by changing the angle of the table.
