Pertronix is the way to go.=C2=A0 I have had one in my Bugeye for 20 years=
.=C2=A0 The nice thing about Pertronix is if the distributor shaft wobbles =
a little, it still work perfectly.=C2=A0 Timing would be jumpy under those =
circumstances.=C2=A0 You can always save a set of points and condensor on a=
distributor plate in the boot just in case the Pertronix happens to die.=
=C2=A0 If you are still running a generator you might consider a solid stat=
e voltage regulator too.=C2=A0 Much better for the life of the generator.=
=C2=A0 All these things do not change the outward classic appearance of you=
r engine bay, but much better running and reliability.
