Can you imagine how insurance companies would deal with this?!
Seriously though,the biggest problem would be regulatory control of these 
devices, particularly in cities.Some immensely complicated systems would need 
to be introduced to protect the walking public and buildings.
Perhaps it would be banned from urban areas?
