......or what's left if it.
Got a call from a Brian Utt to come take a look at some LBC's and 2 1939
Chevy 2 door coupes and miscellaneous parts. Seems his friend past away
last year and left A LOT of stuff to Brian. He has sold some (a Healey
3000 was one) and wants to get rid of the rest for ~$2500. The items
are in an old repair shop in a small rural village. Here's the problem,
the roofs have leaked (the building, not the cars) and the cars have
suffered greatly. The poor little Bugeye really needs help. Someone
could pick up quite a few projects cars here. We do not want them to go
to the crusher....Frank would have them back on the road! Here's a link
to pictures:

The debris you see is mostly insulation from the ceiling. I saw no
evidence of rodent nests. The cars are mostly original as far as I
could tell. The guy was a hoarder and purchased things and then let
them sit.
Here's what I saw:
CARS: - Morris Minor Convertible S/N - FCJ4/50912, parts to complete it
are there on shelves or in the house (told you he hoarded)
- Sprite MkIII }
- Midget MkI } all 3 of these cars look to have
original parts they're just covered in old wet insulation and dirt. The
Sprite is in desperate need of body work.
- Sprite MkI }
- MGA race car, I saw this race at Road America about 15-20
years ago
- 2 - 1939 Chevrolet 2 door coupes in neglected condition.
Note: in the picture you see a piece of the white MGA which is NOT for sale.
ENGINES: - 1500 "B" series, 2 1500 "B" blocks, 1098 long block, 1275
long block. A couple of heads and cranks for ???
PARTS: - Shelves of Morris parts and wheels; some wheels maybe for the
Chevrolets.
- Misc. parts (gaskets, wheel cylinder kits all for Morris)
- 9 gearboxes (3 of which have a 3 eared attachment for
the driveshaft. Is that Morris? Also several smooth and rib case boxes
but the clutch release lever is coming out the left side.
What car do these belong to?
- 3 Differentials. I did not look for the ratios.
Whew I think that's it. Brian doesn't want to part anything out. Bring
an 18 wheeler box trailer and load her up for $2500.
I'd like to save the Morris but can not take on another project right
now. Shoot I'd like to save them all. NO CRUSHERS!

Those on the Yahoo list please forward as I can't, it always bounces back.
Have fun! Somebody needs to pick these up!
