Thank you all for your valuable input.

I am attempting to rectify the problems I encountered & I actually remembered
quite a bit.
Will keep the list up to date.

Also when I spoke of overheating, I meant it. Anti freeze dripping from
somewhere, steam from 'somewhere', so I guess  it is as you said, start from
the very beginning.
