There are a lot of other places to get them calibrated, try "torque wrench
calibration" in Google.
And yes, you may find that Sears will sell you a new one for what it will
cost.

A few years ago I took my Sears/Craftsman clicker torque wrench in to
a Sears Repair facility and asked to get it replaced under warranty.
