It stumbles at cruise i.e. a steady throttle? Sounds like generally weak
mixture then, that the accelerator pump is compensating for in a large
throttle movement. Did it do it before? If not then look very closely at
what you did. If you can reproduce it by holding the throttle open at a
standstill clip a timing light to each plug lead in turn and see if there is
any sign of erratic flashing. Could be a dicky plug, or a lead for that
matter, I'd swap them back one at a time and see what happens.
