Ok, Bob, I'll start the bidding with;

I'd say at least a GH - air ports AND air pump arm, (I've seen air pump 
thermo caps on early engines for the strangest of reasons). Engine plate 
will be on the block not the head. But the chambers will already be 
eyebrowed.

For $10.00, Bob, what color is the engine?
