Google has come out with a free 411 phone information service.
Say you are out of the office on a cell phone and you need to make a call, but
you don't have the number.
Dial 1-800-goog-411 (1-800-466-4411); give them the city and state, then give
the name. They will find the number and connect you for free.
No kidding, it works. I just used it to call my office.
