I am a Japanese car guy. Well, my last four cars all had Japanese
companies on it, but were assembled in America.
20 years ago I had a '69 510, great fun of a car. Just a 4 speed.
I bought it from a kid that blew the engine and had an 1800
from a 610 installed. That was nice.
I see that people drop the Rover V8 in them now. That's got to
be fun. I think they're good looking in there boxyness. I
wish Nissan would bring back the names like 210 and 510.
This morning we decided to pick up my sister-in-laws unused
'99 Outback Sport, so I don't have to bring the B out in
this rain. It's may be short term, it may be long term.
It's basic transportation and fits the bill nicely. Drives
nice. I really like the idea of AWD up here in MN.
Of course, if you were to offer up your DB2/4... :-) That's you
right? Or your new V8. I'm not picky. :-)
Thanks,
Paul.
