Look at your bumper, it's all ready for you. On the back side of the
bumper, about an inch or two from the bottom, there are two threaded
holes. Using a carefully shaped bracket, you can easily attach a plate.

I modified mine so that the plate overlaps with the bumper; it was
too low before the modification and I trashed it on parking curbs.
