I bought a Lincoln Weldpak 3200HD welder from Home depot (~$450). It is a 115v unit that comes complete ready to do either flux-core welding or gas MIG welding. All that is needed is a cylinder of gas for MIG. I've learned to use it in repairing my MGA's fender doglegs, etc, and it works very well for me. Howard Battan '57 MGA '79 MGB |
