First - your English is excellent!
I don't recall seeing what you describe here in the USA. Service Stations
(back when gas stations offered 'service') here usually applied something
similar to what you describe as a 'sticker' to the door jamb. Some companies
used to include them in the box with the oil filter, but I haven't seen them
for a long while.
