Ignition coil

I have been trying to get advice on what ignition coil I should us on my 
MGB GT boasting a Rover V8 3.5L with Lucas Opus distributor and Lumenition 
'points'.   I have been told Lucas Sports Coils will do the trick.  This 
ballast/non ballast chat seems to say use a ballasted coil (Lucas one is 
ballasted?).  So any advice would be gratefully received and thanks in 
advance for responses.
