Reverse Lights on 64-67 MGB

I was looking at the wiring diagrams at Dan Master's site 
http://advanceautowire.com/mgb.pdf and it 
appears that 64-67 had a reverse light switch. It's down in the lower right.

I was under the impression that the square clear reverse lights below the trunk 
lid did not appear 
until 68. Did the 64-67 have reverse lights some other place?
