Tossing ideas at this question:
These are not the fastest-shifting gearboxes ever made. Are you
shifting in two deliberate moves - click pause click?
How is oil level? Engine oil, not 90W?
Is clutch separating enough--check the movement on clutch slave
cylinder. They are difficult to bleed.
