The later Salisbury type--MGB-GT all years, and MGB 1967-1980--are not an easy swap, and of course, the third members are totally different. For a listing of MGs with the banjo-style axle check this table: http://www.mgbexperience.com/mgz/rearaxle.html The later 1600 MGAs and mkIIs used 25-splined differential gears and half-shafts. I think that the early MGBs used the same differential gears. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on that. Regards, David |
