Fuses and Ballast Resistor

Hi Listers,

Still re-wiring the car and I can't seem to find what amp size the (4) main
fuses in the fusebox are to be for a 79 B.  Also, the DPO had added a
Pertronix Ignitor electronic ignition to the distributor and I don't know if I
am supposed to have a ballast resistor with the coil or not. If I do need one
what kind should I get and where would it be located/wired? Thanks in advance
for this dummy/novice.
