The mounting point, under the fender, that the splash panel bolts to is
rusted apart, with the bottom one or two mounting points rusted beyond
cleanup (beyond existance...). Moss diagram

the part (right above the yellow (1) next to the spash panel), but no part
number. Am I stuck trying to fabricate something to repair it?
