horn problem solved

As a follow up to my horn problem, I finally got around to looking at the
issue of why my horn suddenly stopped working and was ready to follow the
great advise I received from the list when I noticed that the hood release
cable was touching one of the brown wires on the horn, I moved the hood
release cable, problem solved, horn started working again.
