Wishbone Pivot Shaft

Hi Group:  One shaft on each of my wishbone pivots (Moss #264-270) has 
significant rust/pitting.  Can a machine shop repair these or am I better 
off buying new or used?  Is this common?  I would guess that a new bushing 
would get destroyed if I used it as is.
