MGB servo not working

Hi list,

Need advice on what can do that I must brake as I have no servo on my car.
Pedal is very hard when I brake.
What must I look for : hoses, master cylinder, vacuum valve on servo....?
Perhaps is it better to change the servo on a car 27 years old!
