A tiny bit of help please...

Hello friends.  Please forgive the non-MG character of this note.
I had a tiny breakdown on the old home PC.  I think I have it all back
operating but I want to be sure that Outlook Express is tagging my mail
correctly with my name and e-ddress and sending in ASCII text, not HTML.  If
someone has a couple of extra cycles, please reply to my note and let me
know if all is okay.
