They sure do. Look for a small oval cast into the sidewall. Inside the oval
will be 3 or 4 digits. If 3 digits, the first two indicate the week, the
last the year. If 4 digits, the first two indicate the week, the last two
the year.
i.e. 238 = 23rd week of 1998 (or 1988?)
2302 = 23rd week of 2002
