Yeah, 165R14 and 175R14 are nearly extinct in the wild. I found Vredestein
Sprint 175R14s recently through the local British car specialist. 175R-14s
have a tall, vintage look that works well with CBBs, while giving you a
little more tread width.
175/70-14 might leave the ride height a tad low (or at least visually
exaggerate the high-boy stance of the RBB) -- I don't know for sure, but
most people seem to go with 185/70-14; though I noted the recent comment
that this is perhaps too wide for the rims, particularly when used with wire
wheels and tubes.
