Sounds like you may be simply experiencing a common
mounting error with your tubes. VERY FEW tire people (kids?)
these days remember or know, you should 'powder' the tubes so they
slip a bit and don't stick to the tire's inner surface. Most tubes
have a bit of powder on them... and I've actually watched
one tire place 'wash' the tube before installation.
Needless to say that tube didn't last long.
