Clutch release bearing

When I re-install my newly rebuilt 1600 engine and transmission, I want
to replace the clutch release bearing. Moss offers the stock type and a
ball bearing/heavy duty type. What are the pros and cons of using one or
the other (other than purchase cost)? My '57 MGA is a daily driver, not
a competition car.
