Hi All, The interior kit for my B included a very nice real leather gear shift gaiter. Having now bought a new rubber boot, I can't seem to come up with a way to fasten them together under the trim ring. The old assembly was stapled together with fairly massive brass staples. Even if I could find the right kind of stapling machine, I'm a bit reluctant to purchase one just for the one job. Has anyone been in this situation and found a solution? Thanks in advance, James 74 MGB |
