Rear end swap

Thanks to everyone that answered my 6 MGBGT questions on wiring!

2 more questions.
Can I install a  complete 1973 MGB roadster rear-end set-up onto my 1968 GT ?, 
what things do I need to do so it'll be functional ?
Where would you suggest I get  the conversion kit to add the Saab rotors/disc 
brakes onto this set up?
