They're not very useful. I bought one and ended up cutting the middle
out of it. Taping it down on the outside and then taping the spokes with
the 3M blue stuff, worked best.
I used the wheel paint from Moss, and then Krylon Semi gloss for the black.
When I replace the tires, if my wallet is agreeable, I'm going to look
into powdercoating. Actually, I'd really want Minilite/Panasport/Minitars.
