You know, as I was reading that it sounded a heck of a lot like the 
power/torque I have in my 4.6L 2000 Mustang GT.  Nice engine, much more 
European-like 
than the earlier 5.0 in that its horsepower and especially torque come on at 
the higher (for a US V8) revs, up over 4K.
