What I would do is: Remove the pads, and sand them to remove any glazing. Put a non-directional finish on the rotors. You can do this with a angle grinder. Lubricate the pins where the pads slide. There is a product out, but I can't remember it's name. It is the only product that you put on the friction material. It isn't cheap, but it has been known to stop sqeeking when nothing else works.
