MGA Head Lamps and Turn Signals

As always I get in a hurry and leave something out.  I am having
trouble with the turn signals on my 59 MGA.  As stated in previous
email, when I have the parking lights and or the head lights on the
turn signals won't flash.  The selected bulbs will sometime flash a
couple of times and then stay on.
