Re=Torqueing Head

      I will be re - torqueing the head and checking the Valve clearances on my 
MGA 1600 after a rebuild and having done about 500-600 miles. Question: Should 
the engine be run before doing this (i.e. hot)?

      Preping for the long haul to Oregon next week!
