You MUST use new or reground lifters with a new cam.

IMO, I would never use either new or reground lifters w/o having them 
Rockwell tested for hardness before using them.

If your lifters are stock, I would regrind and Rockwell test them.

There are lots of soft lifters out there. I would not trust anyone. 
Rockwell hardness test them.

Try www.Integralcams.com There are other places I'm sure. I had my TR250 
original lifters reground and tested there. I've not installed them yet. 
Integral supplies Kent Prather racing Team with Cams and Kent speaks 
highly of Integral Cams (I asked him) -- good enough for me.
