Rick:
The 18V pump is about an inch shorter than the early pump. It takes a
pulley that is almost flat.
There are two pulleys which will fit. The earlier 18V pulley is cast iron
and has two grooves. A slick trick is to machine the air pump groove off
the pulley to clean it up a bit.
The second pulley is steel and was used on the Rubber Bumper cars and was
originally sandwiched with the air pump pulley. This pulley is sized for
use with the later large, flat crank pulley.
If you don't have any luck, I'll dig to see how many spares I have. I did
have a number of the cast iron ones machined.
Kelvin.
