I have updated my '76 Midget 1500 with a new Weber downdraft carb (and
manifold), Mallory dual point ignition and a new coil, ignition resister,
plugs and leads. It starts OK and accelerates strongly but when I am
running at constant speed, it seems to be missing. I have confirmed the
timing, and that the carb floats are set at the right height. I have not
yet confirmed the fuel pump line pressure but do have a new fuel pump to try
out.
Any other ideas on where I should be looking for the solution?
