The only sure test for a battery condition is a load test.  The green
eye doesn't tell much.  A battery hydometer utilizing a float is good. 
You could turn everything on and see how long it takes to discharge the
battery.  Be sure to immediately charge it back up.  The recharging
would also give you and idea how much charge the battery would take.
